Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

By engaging Gemini Web Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for web design and related services, you (“client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment Terms

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required upfront.
  • Remaining 50% due before final delivery.
  • Payments via EFT only.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.
  • Proof of payment must be sent to info@geminiwebdesign.co.za

3. Project Scope and Revisions

  • Scope agreed before work begins.
  • Free stock images may be used.
  • Premium assets incur additional costs.
  • Extra changes beyond scope may be charged.
  • Minor revisions included; major changes billed.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all required content, images and assets on time. Delays may affect timelines.

5. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and may change due to unforeseen factors or client delays.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership transfers to the client after full payment. We may showcase work in our portfolio.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and services. We are not liable for their performance but will assist where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, data loss, security issues or downtime after handover.

9. Termination Policy

  • Either party may terminate with notice.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Additional charges may apply for work completed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
